Replace Twinport Sensor Opel Agila A

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove 2x engine vent hose • Loosen 2x clamps

3. 3. Remove injector nozzle cover (1) • Unclip wiring harness bracket • Unclip coolant hose from bracket • Unscrew 2x bolt
4. 4. Remove twinport sensor (2) • Disconnect injector wiring harness plug from cylinder 3. • Disconnect twinport sensor (3) wiring harness plug • Remove bolt

Install

5. 5. Install twinport sensor • Tighten bolt • Connect injector wiring harness plug to cylinder 3 • Connect twinport sensor wiring harness plug

Note. Observe locating pins

6. 6. Install injector cover • Tighten 2x bolt • Clip in wiring harness bracket • Clip coolant hose into bracket
7. 7. Attach 2x engine vent hose to cylinder head cover • Fasten 2x clamps
8. 8. Close bonnet.
