1. Open bonnet
2. Remove air intake hose (1)
- Remove cable ties
- Loosen hose clamps
- Detach engine vent hose (2)
- Detach air intake hose.
3. Disconnect wiring harness plug for throttle valve adjuster (4)
4. Detach preheater hoses for throttle body (5)
- Place collecting basin underneath.
- 2 off
5. Remove throttle body
- Remove 4 bolts (3)
6. Clean sealing surfaces
7. Install throttle body
- Replace gasket
- Tighten screws 7 Nm
8. Attach preheater hoses for throttle body
9. Connect wiring harness plug for throttle valve adjuster
10. Install air intake hose
- Replace seal ring
- Attach engine vent hose
- Fasten hose clamp
- Attach cable ties
11. Train throttle valve module
Note. Once throttle valve module has been replaced, it must be retrained.
- Switch on ignition and wait for at least 30 minutes
Note. Do not start the engine whilst waiting, as the training process will be interrupted.
12. Check and correct coolant level
- Note! Fill and bleed cooling system - see operation "J635000 Bleed Cooling System" or "Fill and Bleed Cooling System (Sealed Cooling System)"
- Observe specified quantity of coolant
