Solenoid Valve Body Assembly

  1. The solenoid valve body assembly contains EPC solenoid, Shift Solenoid No. 1 (SS1), Shift Solenoid No. 2 (SS2), 3-2 Timing/Coast Clutch solenoid (3-2T/CCS) and Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) solenoid.   2. When shift solenoid is always off, failure could be due to the PCM and/or vehicle wiring malfunction, and/or solenoid electrically, hydraulically or mechanically stuck off. For shift symptoms (Scheme 214)- (Scheme 215).
  3. When shift solenoid is always on, failure could be due to the PCM and/or vehicle wiring malfunction, and/or solenoid electrically, hydraulically or mechanically stuck on. For shift symptoms (Scheme 216)- (Scheme 217).
