Installation
- Ensure correct gasket is used. see scheme 3 Install cylinder head. Apply oil to head bolt threads and bolt seating surface. Tighten bolts (in 2-3 steps) to specification in proper sequence. (Scheme 2) See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-48846-S04899209092001011500000).
- To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure. Apply silicone sealant to designated areas on cylinder head before installing rocker cover. see scheme 4 Coat distributor "O" ring with oil and install on distributor. Coat distributor blade or drive gear with oil before installing distributor.
