The vehicle electrical system comprises a number of control modules which are interconnected via several network systems.

The following network systems are used on the vehicle

1. High speed controller area network (CAN) bus
2. Medium speed controller area network (CAN) bus
3. local interconnect network (LIN) bus
4. K Bus
5. Media Orientated Systems Transport (MOST) ring.
