Note. When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage. Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface. Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

- Remove the third row seat. (Refer to «REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/seats/#rear-seat)
- Remove the rear door scuff trim. (Refer to «DOOR SCUFF TRIM»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/exteriorinterior-trim/#interior-trim)
- Remove the luggage covering mat (A).
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the luggage floor box (B).
- Remove the rear transverse trim (C).
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the luggage side trim (D).
- Install in the reverse order of removal. Information Replace any damaged clips.
