Replacement

Note. When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage. Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface. Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

2. Remove the front seat assembly. (Refer to " «FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/seats/#front-seat) ")
3. Remove the second row seat. (Refer to " «REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/seats/#rear-seat) ")
4. Remove the third row seat. (Refer to " «REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/seats/#rear-seat) ")
5. Remove the cowl side trim. (Refer to " «COWL SIDE TRIM»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/exteriorinterior-trim/#interior-trim) ")
6. Remove the center pillar lower trim. (Refer to " «CENTER PILLAR TRIM»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/exteriorinterior-trim/#interior-trim) ")
7. Remove the luggage side trim. (Refer to " «LUGGAGE SIDE TRIM»(/hyundai/santa-fe/iii-2012-2016/remont/exteriorinterior-trim/#interior-trim) ")
8. Remove the floor carpet assembly (A).
9. Install in the reverse order of removal. Information Replace any damaged clips.
