General Description

Head unit is self diagnostic and control system that communicate with navigation H/UNIT, voice recognition, DVD Changer + MP3 & WMA files play, USB & iPOD, bluetooth handsfree, Body control system and information display of DIS on the MOST network.

DTC Description

This code is set when the head unit detects the inside problem by itself.

The temperature sensor of Head unit detect the temperature rising to prevent abnormal status of Head Unit.

This code is set when a temperature sensor of Head unit detect that the temperature is over 85°C, At that time Tuner&Amplifier can be abnormal status. If the temperature is around 85°C, the fan is running to make the temperature down. After cooling, Tuner&Amplifier is normal status under 75°C.

  1. Monitor tilting function on right and left direction
  2. On Screen Display function for rear seat user

This code is set when Head unit detects communication error between Head unit and rear monitor.

This code is set when each unit set CAN BUS OFF and can not send message any more.

MM (MultiMedia) CAN is composed of DATC (Air conditioner), Head unit, Media Unit (USB or i-Pod) and Rear Armrest Control. CAN is a communication system which consists of CAN_high line and CAN_low line to share system information between related control units (modules).

This code is set when CAN circuit is broken in CAN_high line or CAN_low line.
