Description
The driver door module is a part of a Controller Area Network (CAN), and performs CAN communication with the FAM, IPM, ADM, and IMS. Driver controls driver side power window switch button located inside of the driver side door to operate power window, mirror, door lock and unlock.
- Two manual operations (up and down) for four p/windows. However, on the driver's seat the auto up/down operation must be possible.
- Opening and closing the quarter glass by the quarter glass switch.
- Window UP/DOWN operation.
- Manually operating the mirror position by the manual switch (Up, Down, Right, and Left)
- Saving and replacing the mirror position by the MEMORY switch --> For 2 persons
- Out side mirror AUTO reverse operation
- Out side mirror FOLD/UNFOLD power control
- CENTRAL DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK function
- Illumination control
Outside Mirror Memory Operation By The Memory Switch
- If position switch (POS1 or POS2) is pressed within 5 seconds after pressing the memory switch under ignition 2 on, it registers current mirror position. (Memory permit status lasts for 5 seconds after memory switch ON. After 5 seconds, memory permits status terminates. In other words, current position is registered if the position switch (POS1 or POS2) is turned on, during the memory permit status). However, RH side mirror position is not registered during the LH side mirror manual switch operation.
- Memory permit status is released if any of the following conditions is met If 5 seconds is elapsed after the memory switch is turned on If the ignition 2 is turned off When saving is completed If Ignition switch of the CAN communication data sent by the IPM is not "Run" or "Start". If Inhibit switch of the CAN communication data sent by the FAM is not "P". If vehicle speed of the CAN communication data sent by the cluster is "3 Km/h" or more.
- Memory is cleared if the battery is removed.
Outside Mirror Memory And Replay Operation By Keyless
- Memory operation Outside mirror LH position is registered in the driver side power window switch when the ignition is turned off from on.
- Replay prohibit condition If the mirror switch on the LH side is pressed If Ignition switch of the CAN communication data sent by the IPM is not "Run" or "Start". If Inhibit switch of the CAN communication data sent by the IPM is not "P". If vehicle speed of the CAN communication data sent by the CLUSTER is "3Km/h" or more.

FAM controls the low/high wiper relay according to rain sensor signal when the wiper auto switch is turned to ON under IG ON.
Note. The rain sensor is mounted on the interior side of the front windshield glass behind the rearview mirror. If driver turns the wiper switch to AUTO, this signal is inputted to FAM by LIN communication. FAM transmits 5 steps of signals (Slow <--> Fast) from the wiper auto switch to the rain sensor. At the slowest step among the INT switch, the rain sensor becomes the most insensitive status. At the fastest step among the INT switch, the rain sensor becomes the most sensitive status to measure the amount of rain. So, the sensitivity of the rain sensor depends on the steps of the INT switch. The rain sensor transmits the desired speed of a wiper by duty signal to FAM.

EMS ECU calculates estimated fuel vapor pressure by fuel level value. Fuel vapor pressure is changed by fuel level variation. Fuel vapor pressure is essential factor to monitor operation of EVAP. Control System.
By the way, in case the fuel level is too low or too high, it's hard to get reliable value of fuel vapor pressure. So, EMS ECU judges whether fuel level is suitable to monitor EVAP. Control System precisely. After power is inputted to a fuel sender from a cluster, fuel level value from a fuel sender is inputted to a cluster.
This code is outputted when signal circuit of a fuel sender is open or shorted to GND.
