- Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
- Disconnect the ECM Connector (A).
- Remove the battery (Refer to " «CHARGING SYSTEM»(ref-587068-S13947781112013112200000) ").
- Remove the mounting bolts (A) and a nut (B), and then remove the ECM (C).
Installation

- Installation is reverse of removal. ECM installation bolt: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7 lb-ft) ECM bracket installation bolt/nut: 9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)

- Installation is reverse of removal. Electronic throttle body Installation bolt: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector (A).
- Remove the installation bolt (B), and then remove the sensor from the surge tank.

- Remove the installation bolt (C), and then remove the sensor.

- Disconnect the connector (A), and then remove the sensor (B). NOTE: Note that the SST (Part No.: 09392-2H100) is useful when removing the heated oxygen sensor.
