Inspection and Verification
- Verify the customer concern.
- Record any cooling system DTC retrieved. Refer to the «PCM DTC CHART»(ref-635216-S38606724182014070200000) for DTC descriptions.
- Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage. - If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding to the next step
- If the cause is not visually evident and no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) associated with SOBDMC/ TCM cooling are retrieved, verify the symptom and refer to the «SYMPTOM CHART»(ref-635216-S09503182882014070200000) .

Reinstall lines, ensuring positive connection (i.e. push-click-pull). Refill expansion tank REFER to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING . Pressure test the system. Perform a road test and inspect for leaks. |
