Removing - refitting: engine speed sensor Citroen C5 I facelift

WarningObserve the safety and cleanliness recommendations (refer to the brochure: "RECOMMENDATIONS - PRECAUTIONS")

Removing

Remove

  • The battery style cover (1)
  • The air filter (2) box
  • The air hose (3)

Disconnect the battery positive and negative terminals

Disconnect the connector (4) of the engine speed sensor (5)

Remove

  • The (6) bolt
  • The engine speed sensor (5)

Refitting

Refit

  • The engine speed sensor (5)
  • The (6) bolt tighten to 1 ± 0,2 daN.m

Re-connect the connector (4)

Refit

  • The air filter (2) box
  • The air hose (3)

Reconnect the battery positive and negative terminals

Refit the battery cover (1)
