Measure piston diameter 1.81" (46 mm) below top of piston, at 90-degree angle to piston pin. Measure cylinder bore 2" (50 mm) below top of cylinder. If piston clearance is not to specification, replace piston. See PISTONS, PINS & RINGS table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS.
