Removal

CAUTIONDO NOT re-use any fasteners that are worn or deformed in normal use. Many fasteners are designed to be used only once and become unreliable and may fail when used a second time. This includes, but is not limited to, nuts, bolts, washers, self-locking nuts or bolts, circlips, and cotter pins.
  1. Remove front bumper. See «FRONT BUMPER»(ref-122049-S05373641212004020900000).
  2. Remove headlights. See «FRONT HEADLIGHTS»(ref-122049-S15467899742004020900000).
  3. Remove lock carrier plate with support and headlight mount in numerical order. (Scheme 11)
  4. Remove radiator and lower radiator mounting bolts, then disconnect Bowden cable from lock carrier plate.

Installation

Install lock carrier plate in reverse order of removal. Tighten bolts to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
