Secure the crankshaft position

Install the timing belt pulley. Applies to aspiration engine.

Tighten the timing belt

Install the rear camshaft seal.

Install and fill

Clean

Install the lower cylinder head half

Install the upper cylinder head half

Install the timing belt

Position the crankshaft according to the marking

Apply liquid gasket

Install the camshaft seals, front

Install the camshaft pulleys

Tighten the camshaft pulleys

Check the markings

Top up coolant/Change oil and oil filter

Modification of crankcase ventilation with new cylinder head/engine

Auxiliaries belt/belt tensioner, replacing

Replacing the belt tensioner
