Damaged wiring

The sheet metal glass guide has damaged the door wiring harness. Repair if necessary.

Do not replace any parts, work is ongoing to correct and there will be an update on several ECUs.

  1. Ensure that the handbrake is activated.
  2. Without activating the starter button release the clutch pedal (manual transmission)/brake pedal (automatic transmission).
  3. Wait 15 seconds for electrical system to reset.
  4. Then push the starter button to switch off the ignition.
  5. Push the starter button one more time with the clutch/brake pedal depressed.
  6. The engine will then crank and start in a normal manner.
