  1. Remove the rheostat as described above.
  2. Undo the lamp holder.
  3. Change the bulb

WARNINGRead AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS before commencing work.
  1. Remove the airbag on the driver's side.
  2. Unplug the connector for the steering wheel controls.
  3. Remove the steering wheel controls.

  1. Fit the steering wheel controls.
  2. Plug in the connector for the steering wheel controls.
  3. Refit the airbag.

  1. Empty the washer fluid reservoir and raise the car.
  2. Unplug the level sensor connector.
  3. Withdraw the level sensor from the washer fluid reservoir.

  1. Press the level sensor into the washer fluid reservoir with the float hanging down.
  2. Plug in the level sensor connector.
  3. Lower the car and top up with washer fluid.
