Functional Description
Lscan
The LSCAN bus makes the following information available to the sunroof module:
- Function enabled
- Speed signal, in order to compensate for vehicle speed influences
- Diagnosis information
- Automatic closing function, sunroof closing via central door locking system – door lock
or radio remote control
- Dimming of illumination for the rotary switch with pushbutton function
Automatic Closing
The automatic closing function during central locking of the vehicle is activated via the driver's door lock cylinder or the radio remote control. The corresponding DDM and CIM CAN message is received via the BCM from the SRM. The sunroof closes with a slight delay, as long as the automatic closing signal is not interrupted.
