The ABS controller and the engine control module (ECM) for the petrol engine are mounted horizontally above the transmission tunnel as of Model Year 1996. The new preheating and exhaust gas recirculation controller (see Section 8.1.1) for the diesel engine is mounted in the same position as the ECM.
