Subject: Radio Interference
Vehicles: Corsa
We have received a number of complaints of radio interference on Corsa models. The interference generally occurs with the radio switched either on or off and with the engine running.
This is normally caused by trapped speaker wires, the rear speakers being the most likely to be the cause of the problem.
On Corsa models with the C 12 NZ and C 14 NZ engines further ignition related interference may also occur on weaker stations.
A cure for this interference is currently being developed.
Under no circumstances should the radio be replaced at this time.
