Checking Program - Air Conditioning Campo
Test Instructions
· Be sure that during measurements all other current consumers are switched off (including interior lights).
· Take measurements between the terminals stated in the checking program with the relevant adapter cables from the Electronic Kit I KM - 609.
· When connecting the adapter cables do not use force.
· When checking, the specified sequence of test steps must be followed exactly.
· If at any step the desired nominal value is not reached for a test step, the fault must be eliminated before the next test step is undertaken.
· When using the multimeter, note that the correct range specified in the test steps must always be set before connection of the measuring leads.
· The nominal values given in the checking plan are only valid if the multimeter MKM - 587 - A is used.
· During checks, there may be deviations in the lead colours in individual cases.
It is recommended that, for vehicles other than MY'94 and MY'95, the circuit diagrams for the relevant Model Year in the Technical Information Bulletins (TI) are to be used
Note: These checking procedures concern the air conditioning systemof Campo for MY'94 and MY'95.
The Checking Program is based upon the MY'95 wiring diagram.
Deviating component codes used in the MY'94 wiring diagram are mentioned separately.
