Function Description
· The compressor clutch Y1 is activated under the following conditions:
- The engine is running;
- The AC switch S101 is "ON";
- The blower switch S24 is switched to position "1" or higher;
- The electronic thermostat K128 enables ground for compressor relay K60.
· The dual pressure switch S20 deactivates the compressor clutch Y1 if the pressure in the high pressure side of the air conditioning system falls below 1.8 ± 0.2 kg / cm2 (177 ± 20 kPa) or raises above 30 ± 2 kg / cm2 (2942 ± 196 kPa)
· The electronic thermostat K128 controls the temperature of the air running through the evaporator by switching off / on the compressor clutch:
If the temperature behind the evaporator falls below 3.5 ± 0.5 °C, the compressor relay K60 switches the compressor clutch off.
If the temperature behind the evaporator raises above 5.0 ± 0.5 °C, the compressor relay K60 switches the compressor clutch on again.
· A fast idle is obtained by the fast idle control device Y57 when the compressor clutch has been activated
