| Complaint: | Pre-glow indicator in instrument is flashing and P242F is set in ECU. According datalist in Tech 2 is the DPF loaded (approx. 120%) although vehicle has just had PDI done. Problem only happens once. |

| Cause: | Wrong programming at end of line in vehicle assembly plant. |
| Production: | New software introduced in production as of CW35/2006. |
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint perform service regeneration with TECH 2.
Note: The differential pressure sensor does not need to be replaced!
