Steering Angle Sensor Centring

1. Park the vehicle on a flat place.
2. Perform the wheel alignment: Refer to Front Camber Adjustment . Refer to Front Toe Adjustment .
3. Position the steering wheel in a straight forward and turn the ignition ON.
4. Connect the scan tool on the data link connector of vehicle.
5. Select the ESP menu that is the sub-menu for ABS system on the scan tool. And then perform the steering angle sensor centring .
6. Check steering angle sensor centring by turning the steering wheel more than 5 degrees from left and right direction.
7. Check and clear any related DTCs for the steering angle sensor.
