Steering Column Canopy Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect battery negative lead • Release nut
2. 2. Remove lower trim panel (1) from instrument panel • Release 10x clip
3. 3. Remove 2x canopy (2) from steering column • Tilt steering column assembly as necessary • Remove 3x screw (3) • Remove ignition key • Release lower canopy from upper canopy – Release 7x clip

Note. Position steering wheel as necessary to gain excess to 2x screw.

Install

4. 4. Install 2x canopy (2) to steering column • Secure lower canopy to upper canopy – Secure 7x clip • Install ignition key • Install 3x screw (3)

Note. Position steering wheel as necessary to gain excess to 2x screw hole.

5. 5. Install lower trim panel (1) to instrument panel • Secure 10x clip

6. 6. Connect battery negative lead • Secure nut 11 Nm
7. 7. Program all volatile memories – see operation “Program Volatile Memories”
