Manual Level Control
Compressed air is pumped into an air chamber on the shock-absorber via a tyre-filling valve in the luggage compartment of the vehicle (during the Pre-delivery Inspection or inspection/Service Plan when servicing), this air chamber is formed by the container pipe for the shock-absorber and the protective metal pipe. The air pressure generates a force at the piston rod, with which the rear of the vehicle is raised.
Air pressure at least 0.8 bar.
