Front Upper Assembly Replace Completely Opel Agila B

Collision Repair

General Notes

Remove hood lock member and hood lock brace before beginning this repair (see section “Upper front - remove and install“).

Remove

1. Unscrew 5x bolts (1, 2).
2. Repeat step on opposite car side.

Install

3. Attach complete font assembly.
4. Adjust complete front assembly and check dimensional accuracy.

Note. Refer to the engine room dimensions given in the section “Body dimensions“.

5. After adjusting the front parts, tighten 18x bolts (arrows).
