How to Remove and Install the Intercooler Opel Agila A

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Lift vehicle • Half height
3. 3. Loosen front panelling • 8 clips • 6 fastening bolts
4. 4. Remove front panelling • Disconnect wiring harness plug for fog lamps – 2 wiring harness plugs • Disconnect wiring harness plug for outside temperature

Note. 2nd mechanic

5. 5. Remove intercooler (2) • 2 fastening clamps (3) • 1 tightening bolt (1)

Install

6. 6. Install intercooler • 1 fastening bolt • 2 fastening clamps – Tightening torque 3,5 Nm
7. 7. Position front panelling • Connect wiring harness plug for fog lamps – 2 wiring harness plugs • Connect wiring harness plug for outside temperature

Note. 2nd mechanic

8. 8. Fit front panelling • 8 clips • 6 fastening bolts
9. 9. Lower vehicle • Half height
10. 10. Close bonnet.
