How to Remove and Install the Coolant Pump Opel Agila A

Remove

1. 1. Lift vehicle
2. 2. Place collecting basin underneath.
3. 3. Drain coolant • Open drain bolt (1)

4. 4. Remove ribbed V-belt
5. 5. Vehicles with AC: detach compressor (1) • From compressor support – 3 fastening bolts

Note. Do not detach refrigerant lines

6. 6. Remove coolant pump (1) • 4 fastening nuts

7. 7. Clean sealing surface

Install

8. 8. Install coolant pump • Replace gasket • 4 fastening bolts – Tightening torque 9 Nm
9. 9. Vehicles with AC: attach compressor • To compressor support – 3 fastening bolts – Tightening torque 22 Nm
10. 10. Insert ribbed V-belt
11. 11. Lower vehicle
12. 12. Top up coolant and correct coolant level • Observe specified quantity of coolant
13. 13. Close bonnet.
