AIR MIX DOOR ADJUSTMENT

  1. Install air mix door motor onto heater unit and connect wiring harness. see scheme 2 Ensure lever of air mix door is fitted into slit of air mix door link. (Scheme 3) Move air mix door lever by hand and hold door in full cold setting. Attach air mix door lever to rod holder.
  2. Enter the self-diagnosis step 4 and access Code 41. See «SELF-DIAGNOSIS STEP 4»(ref-35561-S29085143742001010900000) under SELF-DIAGNOSTICS. Ensure air mix door moves to correct positions when accessing Codes 41-46 by pushing defrost switch. See «SELF-DIAGNOSIS STEP 4»(ref-35561-S29085143742001010900000) under SELF-DIAGNOSTICS.
