  1. Verify that the continuity between the light switch terminals is as indicated in the table. If not as indicated in the table, replace the light switch.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the following parts: Decoration panel. See «DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345331-S31374414672009102000000) . Front console box mat. See «FRONT CONSOLE BOX MAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345331-S10485313842009102000000) . Indicator panel. See «INDICATOR PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345331-S24413902932009102000000) . Front console box. See «FRONT CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345331-S18733072432009102000000) . Center panel. See «CENTER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345331-S22152336712009102000000) .
  3. Remove in hazard warning switch.
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Verify that the continuity between the hazard switch terminals is as indicated in the table. If not as indicated in the table, replace the hazard warning switch.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the dashboard under cover. (Driver side). See «DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345331-S05761886132009102000000) .
  3. Remove the hood release lever. See «HOOD LATCH AND RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345344-S38720975792009102000000) .
  4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the dashboard under cover (Driver side). See «DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-345331-S05761886132009102000000) .
  3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

  1. Measure the voltage at the auto light-off control module terminals as indicated below.
