Engine - Intake-Air System [Skyactiv-G 2.0]: Removal & Installation Mazda 3 BL рестайлинг

INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]

1. Remove the battery cover. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520427-S28538867222013010300000) .)
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520427-S28538867222013010300000) .)
3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Air Cleaner Cover Removal Note

1. Remove the MAF sensor/IAT sensor No.1. (See «MASS AIR FLOW (MAF) SENSOR/INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (IAT) SENSOR NO.1 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520417-S40773341122013010300000) .)
2. Remove the air cleaner cover and air hose as a single unit.
3. Remove the air cleaner cover.

Air Cleaner Case Removal Note

1. Remove the air cleaner case and fresh-air duct No.3 as a single unit.
2. Remove the air cleaner case.

Resonance Chamber Removal Note

1. Remove the splash shield (LH). (See «SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-520448-S04813808932013010300000) .)
2. Set the front mudguard (LH) out of the way. (See «FRONT MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION»(ref-520448-S04135051462013010300000) .)
3. Remove the resonance chamber.

Vacuum Hose Removal Note

1. Remove the plug hole plate. (See «PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0]»(ref-520419-S32364526322013010300000) .)
2. Remove the vacuum hose.

2. Disconnect the harness clip from the intake manifold as shown in the figure. (Scheme 171): Identifying Harness Clip Installation Position
