1. Remove the cover and disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to «Specifications»(ref-312564-S31890761012009041400000) article.
2. Remove the throttle body. Refer to «Throttle Body»(ref-312585-S32133043872009041400000) article.
3. Disconnect the EGR valve electrical connector.
4. Disconnect the 2 EGR valve coolant hoses. Clamp the EGR coolant hose to minimize coolant loss. Release the 2 clips.
5. Release the EGR valve to exhaust manifold pipe. Remove the 2 bolts. Remove and discard the gasket.
6. Remove the EGR valve. Remove the 2 Torx bolts. Remove and discard the gasket.
