- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the auxiliary 12V battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the under cover (Refer to " «ENGINE AND TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY»(/hyundai/sonata/vi-2009-2014/remont/mechanical/#engine-and-transaxle-assembly-removal-installation-hev) " ).
- Disconnect the sensor connector (A).
- Remove the clutch pressure sensor (A).

- Installation is reverse of removal. Clutch pressure sensor installation: 11 ~ 15 N.m (1.1 ~ 1.5 kgf.m, 8.0 ~ 11.1 lb-ft) NOTE: When installing, apply the ATF oil to the O-ring (A).
- Perform the clutch pressure sensor calibration (Refer to " «CLUTCH PRESSURE SENSOR CALIBRATION»(ref-419397-S03581301642011091200000) ").

- Connect the GDS to the Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Turn the ignition switch ON.
