Recommended Procedure
Manufacturer recommends to use a starter system tester. Connect and operate the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For starter circuit trouble shooting procedure chart (Scheme 23)

Check the planetary gears (A) and ring gear (B). Replace them if they are worn or damaged. (Scheme 24)
