Electronic Throttle Control Reference Voltage (ETCREF)
ETCREF is a consistent positive voltage (5 volts plus or minus 0.5 volt) supplied by the PCM. ETCREF is internally bussed within the PCM and is dedicated to the electronic throttle body throttle position sensor (ETBTPS).
