Sunroof: Adjustments Ford Taurus IV

MOON ROOF GLASS PANEL HEIGHT & ALIGNMENT

1. Cycle moon roof glass panel from full open to full close position. Moon roof glass panel should be flush to 0.04" (1.0 mm) below roof at each front corner, and flush to 0.04" (1.0 mm) above roof at each rear corner. See STEP 1 in (Scheme 1). If adjustment is necessary, go to next step.
2. Open moon roof glass panel to the vent position. Loosen moon roof glass panel retaining screws, then tighten until they are snug. See STEP 2 in (Scheme 1). If only front of glass panel is to be adjusted, loosen only front and center screws. If only rear of glass panel is to be adjusted, loosen only rear and center screws. Move glass panel upward or downward as necessary. Tighten screws to specification. See «TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS»(ref-37900-S31241037812001011100000).
