Removal

1. NOTE: To prevent setting DTCs , make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position prior to disconnecting the accelerator pedal electrical connector. Disconnect the accelerator pedal sensor electrical connector.
2. Remove the 3 accelerator pedal and sensor bolts.
3. Remove the accelerator pedal and sensor assembly.

Installation

1. Install the accelerator pedal and sensor assembly and the 3 bolts. Tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).
2. Connect the accelerator pedal sensor electrical connector.
