Removal & Installation (Front)

1. Lower window to full-down position. Disengage clips holding speaker grille to trim panel. Remove screws securing door trim panel to door. Disengage clips holding perimeter of trim panel to door. Lift trim panel upward and disengage panel from upper retainer channel.
2. Tilt trim panel away from door. Disengage clip holding latch linkage to back of inside door handle. Disconnect connectors as necessary. Remove door trim panel. To install, reverse removal procedure.

Removal & Installation (Rear)

1. Open rear door and lower window. Remove screw cap from bottom of arm rest pull cup. Remove screw from bottom of arm rest pull cup. Remove door handle. Disengage clips holding perimeter of trim panel to rear door.
2. Disengage trim panel from inner belt weatherstrip at top of door. Separate top of trim panel from door. Disengage clip securing linkage to latch handle. Separate linkage from latch handle. Lift trim up and off lock button. Remove rear door trim panel from door. To install, reverse removal procedure.

Removal & Installation

1. Remove door trim panel. See «DOOR TRIM PANEL»(ref-123837-S41528678482001092700000) . Remove plastic watershield from door. Remove nuts securing window glass to regulator roller channel. Secure glass in full-up position. Mark position of rear roller channel bolt for installation reference and remove bolt. Disconnect power window motor connector.
2. Loosen rear roller channel bolt. Separate roller channel from inner door panel. Loosen window regulator-to-inner door panel bolts. Separate bolt heads from key-hole slots in inner door panel. Remove window regulator through large hole in inner door panel. To install, reverse removal procedure.

Removal

Remove door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL. Remove window regulator. See POWER WINDOW REGULATOR. Disconnect wiring connector from power window motor. Using a "C" clamp, clamp sector gear to regulator mounting plate to prevent regulator movement. (Scheme 2) Remove 3 power window motor mounting bolts. Remove motor from regulator.

Installation

Install motor on regulator so motor engages sector gear teeth. Rotate motor as necessary to align 3 motor mounting bolts. Tighten motor mounting bolts to 50-70 INCH lbs. (5.6-8.0 N.m). Install regulator assembly. Using switch, test window motor operation. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.

Scheme 2

Remove driver door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL . Remove 3 switch mounting screws. Disconnect switch connector and remove switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.

Remove passenger door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL . Disconnect switch connector and remove switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.
