Removing
Remove the accelerator pedal
Fitting: electric accelerator pedal
Fit
- The support (1) on the electric accelerator pedal (2)
- The mountings
- The support/electric accelerator pedal assembly on the bulkhead in place of the old pedal
NoteMake a cut in the bulkhead soundproofing in order to install the support (1)
Fit
- The support (1) on the electric accelerator pedal (2)
- The support/electric accelerator pedal assembly on the pedal bracket
Fit
- The support (1) on the pedal bracket
- The electric accelerator pedal (2) on its support (1)
- The nuts
Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector
Remove the accelerator pedal position sensor
Route the electrical harness (3) in place of the control cable (at "a")
WarningPosition and clip the electrical harness to prevent any fouling with the engine environment
NoteReduce the length of the electrical harness without cutting it on the engine compartment side. coil and secure the surplus length using a clip
