COOLANT PUMP AND COOLANT THERMOSTAT WITH HOUSING OVERVIEW

WARNINGRisk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant. The coolant system is under pressure when the engine is warm. Reduce pressure by covering coolant reservoir cap with a cloth and carefully open.

Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

Coat the new O-ring with coolant additive and insert it in the coolant hose.

Press the coolant hose onto the radiator -1- until it engages audibly.

Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
