WASHER FLUID LINES

For the following information, refer to Wiper/Washer Systems

1. Washer fluid line hose connections, disconnecting and connecting
2. Corrugated hose washer fluid line, repairing

6. Grommet For the washer fluid line in the hood.

8. Washer Fluid Reservoir Fill Neck For the washer fluid reservoir. Overview, refer to «WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR, LINES AND NOZZLE OVERVIEW»(ref-522414-S12214084362013011400000) . Removing and installing, refer to «WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR FILLER NECK»(ref-522414-S04152388502013011400000) .

HEADLAMP WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR

Note. The shared windshield and headlamp washer system washer fluid reservoir is located in the left rear wheel housing. Removing and installing, refer to WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR .

Scheme 66

Remove the bolts -3-.

Remove the clips -2- from the mounts and remove the plenum chamber cover -1-.

Remove the nut -1- and tilt the windshield wiper fluid container filler tube slightly upward -arrow A-.

Scheme 67

Remove the filler neck -2- with filler tube from the washer fluid reservoir and the body opening -arrow B-.

Scheme 68

1. Tightening specification, refer to «WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR, LINES AND NOZZLE OVERVIEW»(ref-522414-S12214084362013011400000) .

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following

Slide the sealing grommet -2- on the filler neck tube -1- as far as the stop.

1. The tab must lie in the opening on the filler tube -arrows-.

Slide the filler neck into the washer fluid reservoir.

Note. Make sure the O-ring is not crushed when sliding it into the washer fluid reservoir.

1. Drip tray

Scheme 69

Switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.

Remove the left front wheel.

Remove the left front wheel housing liner. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Disconnect the electrical connector -1-.

Place a drip tray under the washer fluid reservoir.

Remove the windshield washer fluid level sensor -G33- -item 3- from the washer fluid reservoir -4-.
