Note. Calibrate the camera if the windshield was replaced on a vehicle with lane assist. Refer to Diagnosis and Testing .

1. Windshield Removing and installing, refer to «WINDSHIELD»(ref-522406-S15940430022013011400000). Align the window glass on the left and right sides, >>dimension b << when installing Height adjustment, refer to «WINDSHIELD OVERVIEW»(ref-522406-S16373772322013011400000).
2. Right A-pillar Trim Press into clamping strip only after window adhesive curing time has elapsed.

9. Window Adhesive Note varying spacing dimensions to window edge. Dimension a = 7 mm Dimension c = 7 mm Dimension d = 23 mm Observe curing times. Refer to «MINIMUM CURING TIMES»(ref-522406-S14892717332013011400000).

11. Plenum Chamber Cover Install the plenum chamber cover into the retaining strip only after the window adhesive curing time is complete. Remove the protective piping before installing the plenum chamber cover on a new window glass. (Scheme 71).

Scheme 70

Align the window glass -1- from side to side and adjust it to dimension -a- = 43.5 mm to the hole in the roof frame -2-.

Secure the window glass from sliding out using an adjusting wedge on the bottom edge of the glass.

Install the rail for the seal and secure the window glass with adhesive tape.

For a new window, protective piping -2- must be pull out of retaining strip -3- of windshield -1- before assembling plenum chamber cover -4-.
