INTAKE MANIFOLD TIGHTENING SEQUENCE

Tighten intake manifold bolts in -1 through 10- sequence.

  1. First tightening: 8 Nm
  2. Second tightening: 9 Nm and tighten another 90 degrees.

FUEL SUPPLY LINE TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION

  1. Tightening specifications: 25 Nm

INTAKE MANIFOLD, TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION AND SEQUENCE

Tighten intake manifold bolts in -1 through 16- sequence.

  1. First tightening according to sequence: 8 Nm
  2. Second tightening according to sequence: 11 Nm

INTAKE MANIFOLD LOWER SECTION, TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION

Tighten the bolts -arrows- on the intake manifold lower section diagonally and in steps.

  1. 10 Nm
