Fuel Line Routing, Tank Interior, Overview

Note. (Scheme 699) shows an idealized depiction of line routing in fuel tank interior. With the exception of the line position depicted in --> Installation position of fuel delivery lines, an exact line routing is not necessary, however make sure that components have clearance to each other in general and rattling noises are prevented. (- Arrow -) points in direction of travel.

  2. From model year 2004: Fuse 2 on fuse holder SF2 (relay- and fuse holder, in luggage compartment, right side) OK
  3. Fuel Pump (FP) 2 Relay J49 OK (in relay- and fuse holder, in luggage compartment, right side, position 3)
  4. Fuel filter OK
  1. Ignition switched off.
