Accelerator pedal cable, adjusting
- Accelerator pedal cable -1- must be attached to accelerator pedal and at lever of throttle valve control module. see scheme 399
- Remove clip -3- for accelerator pedal cable.
- Depress accelerator pedal fully.

| CAUTION | Ignition must be switched off (engine not running) when checking or adjusting the WOT position. |
Note. For this step, a second technician or a brace (between the steering wheel and the pedal) is required to press the pedal down.
- To adjust accelerator pedal cable, secure it with clip -3- at support -2- in such a way that throttle valve lever is at Wide Open Throttle (WOT).
- To adjust accelerator pedal cable, secure it with clip at support -2- in such a way that throttle valve lever is at Wide Open Throttle (WOT) and kickdown switch clicks audibly.
