Open bleeder screw on heater hose at firewall connection, and on large coolant pipe at rear end of left cylinder head. Fill cooling system through expansion tank until coolant comes out of bleeder screws. Tighten bleeder screws. Fill expansion tank to proper level. Install expansion tank cap. Idle engine until radiator fan comes on. Run engine at 2500 RPM for about 30 seconds. Turn off engine. Check coolant level in expansion tank. Fill as necessary.
