Remove

  1. two screws (1)
  2. the ashtray. See «Replacing the rear ashtray»(ref-406929-S21607156532011070100000) .

Disconnect the connector.

Remove the rubber grommet.

Installing the handset

Install

  1. the rubber grommet
  2. the connector
  3. the ashtray
  4. the two screws.

Note. Ensure that the rubber grommet is in the correct position.

Open the ashtray so that it passes the hooks. Remove the holder for the ashtray. Press the catches down and remove the holder.

Disconnect the connector. Remove the rubber grommet.

Installing the handset and ashtray

Note. Ensure that the rubber grommet is correctly positioned.

Install

  1. the rubber grommet
  2. the connector
  3. the ashtray.

Removing the headlamp and bumper cover

Remove

  1. the headlamp. See

  2. the high-pressure washer
  3. the clips on the hose connector
  4. the hose.

Install

  1. the clips on the hose connector
  2. the hose
  3. the high-pressure washer
  4. the 2 screws.

Installing headlamp and bumper cover

Install

  1. the bumper cover. See
  2. the headlamp. See

Test the function.

Adjust the alignment of the nozzle as necessary as illustrated above. The cover must be against the bumper cover without any play.
