Reinstallation

Alarm, basic kit

Free cover plate from its mounting

Disconnect cable from control

Reinstallation continued

Fog lamps

Move left front seat to rearmost position

Install 15A fuse

Movement sensor

Program software

Navigation system, RTI

Preparation

Parking assistance, front

Drilling holes in bumper

Drilling holes in foam and rear section

Clamp sensor cable

Reverse warning system

Tighten bumper cover

Reversing warning system for the Accessory Electronic Module

Drill out blind rivet

Detach bumper

Clean and prepare bumper

Pre-drill holes

Drill out holes through entire bumper rail

Install foam, bumper rail and drill holes

Drill through pre drilled holes in foam

Drill out bumper cover

Clean and primer around holes

Clean and primer sensor mating surfaces

Insert sensor in holders

Cut out foam where necessary

Align and press rubber tabs (cars with lining mat and four perforations)

Clean, primer and paint: sensors and sensor holders

Switch for the sensor shut off function

Turn off engine and disconnect negative battery lead

Tilt sensor

Install tilt sensor on bracket and reinstall foldable panel
