POWER SUPPLY, FSM
Indicates the power supply to the forward sensing module (FSM).
Measurement range: 6 to 20 V.
The normal value when the alternator is charging: 13.0-14.5 V.
AUTOMATIC SETTING
Shows offset value for forward sensing radar. The offset value is generated due to mechanical distortion. Forward sensing radar manages to compensate for a horizontal distortion of up to 2.5 degrees, seen from straight ahead.
Measurement range: - 12.8 till + 12.7 degrees.
Normal value: approximately 0.0 degrees.
VOLTAGE FEED, FORWARD-SENSING CAMERA (ONLY VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH FORWARD-SENSING CAMERA)
Shows the voltage supply to the forward looking camera.
Normal value: approx. 4 V.
Indicates the power supply to the forward sensing module (FSM).
Measurement range: 6 to 20 V.
The normal value when the alternator is charging: 13.0-14.5 V.
VOLTAGE SUPPLY, FORWARD LOOKING CAMERA
Shows the voltage supply to the forward looking camera.
Measuring range: 0 - 20 V.
Normal value: approx. 4.2 - 4.6 V.
ACTIVATING LOCK MOTORS
Activation is used to check the quick lock function. At activation, the quick locks in the lock units activate one after another for 0.5 seconds.
A clicking noise should be heard from each quick lock when activated and the door should open.
The contact breakers are behind the lock buttons on each external door handle and close when each button is pressed in.
All contact breakers can have the following status.
Open = Contact breaker unaffected.
Closed = Contact breaker affected.
INPUT SIGNALS FROM UNLOCKING CONTACT BREAKER IN THE EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE, INPUT SIGNALS FROM CONTACT BREAKER IN QUICK LOCK AND CONTACT BREAKER IN TAILGATE.
The contact breakers are in the respective fixed part of the external door handle and close when the door handle is started to be pulled out.
The contact breakers for quick locks are in the respective quick lock on the lock unit in the relevant door and are affected by the external door handle via an arm. The contact breaker closes when the external door handle has been pulled out to its limit position.
Contact breaker in the tailgate is inside the opening handle on the lid and closes when the handle is pressed in.
All contact breakers can have the following status.
Open = Contact breaker unaffected.
Closed = Contact breaker affected.
INPUT SIGNALS FROM CONTACT BREAKER IN THE STARTER MODULE, AT CLUTCH PEDAL AND BRAKE PEDAL
Contact breaker in the starter module indicates that the key has been inserted in the starter module.
Contact breaker at the clutch pedal closes when the clutch pedal is depressed more than 25% of the stroke length.
Contact breaker at brake pedal closes when the brake pedal is depressed.
All contact breakers can have the following status.
Open = Contact breaker unaffected.
Closed = Contact breaker affected.
POWER SUPPLY
Indicates the level of power supply to the control module.
The value is given in volts (V).
The normal value is 11.5 -14.5 A.
